Silicon rectifier valve bank
Our silicon rectifier valve banks are widely applied to chemical, metallurgical and electrolytic aluminum industries.
A rectifier is an electronic device converting AC current into DC current through the
process of rectification. A 3-section bridge rectifying circuit is composed of a series of rectifiers, which provides DC voltages several times higher than normal voltages without changing any inputs. Because of the growing number of DC pulses, the output voltage and harmonics are therefore reduced. Each component of the rectifier is assembled by different silicon parts, which are protected by fast fuse protecting the circuit in case of silicon part failure.
